Thanks for shopping with HavenPaws! Here's how shipping works.

Shipping rates

• Orders $50 and over: FREE shipping
• Orders under $50: flat $5.99

Processing & delivery

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, most orders arrive within 5–10 business days. Some items ship from different warehouses, so a multi-item order may arrive in separate packages at no extra cost.

Tracking

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Delays & lost packages

Carrier delays can happen, especially around holidays. If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days or your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days, please contact us and we'll make it right.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. HavenPaws isn't responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
